VANDER HEIDE ? Edward Vander Heide, aged 71, husband of the late Tena Vander Heide, of 22337 Eleven Mile rd., St. Clair Shores, formerly of Grand Rapids, passed away Sunday.
Surviving are one son, Herman of the U. S. Army in Germany; one daughter, Mrs. Armand Gentile of St. Clair Shores; three grandchildren; two brothers, William of Tonawanda, N. Y., James of Grand Rapids; two sisters, Mrs. Edward Collins and Mrs. Allen Waterloo, both of Grand Rapids.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o?clock at the Van 't Hof Funeral Home, Rev. C. Vanden Heuvel, officiating. Burial Washington Park Memorial Gardens. Mr. Vander Heide will repose at the chapel Tuesday where relatives and friends may call.

They have two "boarders" (Dutch: kostgangers), namely Herman Vanderheide (23) en August Sipma (age unreadable). They all emigrated in 1907.
